Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Agreement Terms and Conditions") govern purchases by Chemotechnique Cosmeceuticals Scandinavia AB, reg. no. 556743-3973 (hereinafter referred to as "Chemotechnique").
General Information
Chemotechnique sells products via the Internet to its customers ("Customers") in Sweden and internationally, primarily within Europe. Customers may either be private individuals over eighteen (18) years of age ("Private Customers") or companies, organizations and public institutions (jointly "Business Customers"). Sales take place via the websites www.niklblok.com or in accordance with individually executed agreements.
By completing the placement of an order or by executing an agreement in accordance with the above, Customers accept the Agreement Terms and Conditions and, where appropriate, the processing of personal data in accordance with the Agreement Terms and Conditions.
Chemotechnique disclaims liability for any errors in article information or otherwise on www.niklblok.com.
Prices and charges
Applicable product prices including VAT constitute the price which, at the time of the order, is stated at www.niklblok.com Chemotechnique reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice.
Private Customers domiciled within the EU pay Swedish VAT, whereas Private Customers outside the EU do not pay Swedish VAT. Foreign Business Customers within the EU are charged Swedish VAT unless they have stated a correct VAT registration number. Business Customers outside the EU are not charged Swedish VAT.
Shipping charges in the case of delivery within Sweden
Shipping charges are charged per delivery at a fixed price of 40 SEK (regardless of the volume and weight) for delivery in Sweden.
Shipping charges in the case of deliveries outside Sweden
In the case of deliveries abroad, a shipping charge is levied based on Chemotechnique's delivery cost and, where appropriate, import and customs duties. This cost is charged per physical delivery and not per order.
Orders
Unless otherwise specifically agreed prior to the order, orders can only be placed on www.niklblok.com.
A binding agreement is formed only when Chemotechnique has confirmed the order by e-mail. Chemotechnique disclaims liability for any ordered product being out of stock. In the event an ordered product is out of stock, the order for the out of stock product is annulled.
Customers are entitled to cancel by e-mail an entire order or a certain part of an order prior to dispatch of the order by Chemotechnique. "Dispatch" means that the Customer has received an e-mail or text message that the order has been sent or is available for collection, or where the Customer has received part of the order.
Notices from Chemotechnique are normally sent to the e-mail address which the Customer has registered in conjunction with an order. Customers undertake to monitor their e-mail following placement of an order.
Orders from Chemotechnique take place through checkout ("Checkout").
Checkout
Customers who order via Checkout do not obtain access to services which require login. Customers approve the Agreement Terms and Conditions and, in the case of Private Customers, consent to the processing of personal data.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that correct and complete information is stated in Checkout.
Payment
Within Sweden
For deliveries within Sweden, payment may take place using Klarna payment methods and VISA-, MasterCard cards. The terms for payment is stated in the checkout and under the respective payment options.
Klarna Checkout

Card payments
In the case of payment by card, the Customer states the card number, the cards expiry date and CVR number. Card processing takes place encrypted (SSL) via DIBS, which is PCI-certified.
Customers are obliged to ensure that funds are available on the card until such time as Chemotechnique has debited the purchase amount in respect of the order. In the event coverage is lacking or where payment is not successful for any other reason, Chemotechnique shall be entitled to annul the order or to invoice the amount.
Outside Sweden
For deliveries outside Sweden, payment may take place with VISA and, MasterCard cards, unless otherwise specifically agreed.
Delivery
Delivery normally takes place by parcel or letter to Private Customers and by Business Parcel or letter to Business Customers.
Ordered products are delivered in accordance with the delivery alternative chosen by the Customer. The terms for each delivery alternative is described in the checkout.
Where the delivery time is expected to be longer than stated at www.niklblok.com, Chemotechnique shall notify the Customer by e-mail, and the latter shall be entitled to cancel the order via e-mail prior to dispatch.
Where a Customer has ordered products with different delivery time classes, delivery shall take place in accordance with the slowest delivery class in the order. Chemotechnique disclaims all liability for claims related to delays.
Chemotechnique is responsible for the goods in conjunction with delivery to Customers. Customers are responsible for the goods in conjunction with returns to Chemotechnique.
Where a Customer fails to collect a shipped item or a shipped item is returned due to wrongly registered information, Chemotechnique charges a fee (currently SEK 149), as compensation for shipping and costs. In the case of returns from abroad, Chemotechnique charges the Customer all shipping costs relating to the shipped item as well as a fee (currently SEK 149), as compensation for handling and costs.
Right of cancellation
Private Customers and Business Customers (where specifically agreed upon) shall be entitled to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receipt of the product. Notice regarding exercise of the right of cancellation must be given within 14 days of receipt of the product by the customer. Return postage and shipping costs shall be paid by the Customer; returns may not be sent against payment on delivery. The product must be returned in essentially unchanged conditions. In the event a Customer wishes to return a product, he/she must notify Chemotechnique thereof via info@cosmeceuticals.se.
Where a customer exercises the right to return a product, Chemotechnique shall refund the Customer's costs for the order (incl. any shipping charges) as soon as possible, however not later than within thirty (30) days. The time shall be calculated from the day on which Chemotechnique received the customer's notice of exercise of the right of return.
The right of return shall not apply to:
- uncollected parcels;
- products where the seal has been broken;
Before any product is returned, the Customer must contact customer service to obtain information regarding return number and return address.
Notices regarding returns must contain at least the following information:
- order number;
- invoice number;
- titles of the products which the Customer wishes to return.
Return products must be unused and undamaged. The aforesaid shall not, however, apply where the product was damaged or changed during delivery to the Customer.
Complaints
Where Chemotechnique has delivered the wrong product or a damaged product, or where the shipped item has disappeared during transportation, the Customer shall give notice of complaint to Chemotechnique's customer service.

Complaints must be lodged within a reasonable time after the Customer discovered or should have discovered the error or defect. A Private Customer's right of complaint regarding a product shall lapse three (3) years at the latest after the purchase.
Complaints must contain at least the following information:
- order number;
- invoice number
- titles of the products in respect of which the Customer wishes to complain.
Returns may take place only when a complaint has been lodged and return instructions have been received from Chemotechnique. The Customer is entitled to return incorrect/defective products at Chemotechnique’s expense, provided that the Customer complies with Chemotechnique' instructions. Returns may not be made against payment on delivery.
In the case of an accepted complaint, the Customer is entitled:
1.to receive a new error/defect-free product free of charge; or
2.to retain the product and receive an agreed price reduction; or
3.to annul the purchase, whereupon the product is returned and payment made is refunded.
Liability
Other than the provisions above in these Agreement Terms and Conditions (and, in the case of Private Customers, the provisions of the Consumer Sale of Goods Act), Chemotechnique shall not be liable for any errors/defects or delays and Chemotechnique shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss.
Processing of personal data
Chemotechnique’s processes name and address data as well as other information provided by Customers in conjunction when placing orders. Chemotechnique also processes information regarding Customers purchases, total amounts and number of purchased products. The purpose of the processing is to facilitate performance of the agreement with the Customer and as regards information, marketing and personal offers to Customers, e.g. by e-mail, text message or letter.
Personal data is also processed for planning, implementation and follow-up of Chemotechnique's contacts with Customers and for statistical purposes.
Personal data may be disclosed to a third party only for processing on Chemotechnique’s behalf.
Personal data is processed during the period of time in which a Customer has a relationship with Chemotechnique and during the period thereafter in which the Customer can continue to enjoy the benefits of being a Chemotechnique customer.
The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Customers may notify Chemotechnique customer service that the Customers personal data may not be used for marketing purposes. If a Customer wishes to terminate the customer relationship completely following an active period of purchases, Chemotechnique would appreciate it if the Customer were to notify Chemotechnique’s customer service thereof.
Customers are entitled to request in writing information regarding the personal data which is processed. Customers are also entitled to request rectification of personal data.
By accepting the Agreement Terms and Conditions, Private Customers grant their consent to the above processing of personal data.
Cookies
For purchasing via Chemotechnique's websites, your web browser must be set to accept cookies. Cookies are used to provide you, as a visitor, with access to various functions on the website, e.g. the shopping basket, repetition of earlier searches, and technical communication with third party services. The cookie contains no personal data. Cookies are also used to store non-personal, aggregated visit statistics in Google Analytics, an analysis tool which Chemotechnique’s uses to improve user experience on Chemotechnique's websites.
By navigating on the websites, you grant consent to the use of cookies in accordance with the provisions above. The cookie is stored on your computer until you remove it yourself. If you wish to avoid storing cookies, you can close the function in your web browser.
Disputes
All purchases from Chemotechnique are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes with Business Customers shall be adjudicated by Swedish courts of general jurisdiction. Any disputes with Private Customers shall be referred by Chemotechnique to the National Board for Consumer Complaints, with whose recommendations Chemotechnique will comply.
